Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Consumption Factors for New Energy in Ningxia

Ningxia has abundant reserves of new energy resources, but the utilization rate of new energy is not high. In view of this situation, it is necessary to clarify the impacts of various influencing factors for new energy consumption. In order to improve the utilization rate of new energy, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to solve the problem in this paper. Firstly, wind installed capacity, photovoltaic installed capacity, peak wind hours, peak sunshine hours, power transmission, total electricity consumption and energy storage were selected to form the evaluation system. The weight of each evaluation index was determined by combining a subjective and objective method. The results showed when the new energy utilization rate changes by 5 percentage, the influence caused by the wind power installed capacity is the largest, accounting for 28.7%. Furthermore, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the new energy accommodation scheme from the perspective of the energy utilization. Based on current planning in Ningxia, six new energy accommodation schemes were established. Taking these schemes as examples, the result showed the evaluation method can provide the basis for the development of new energy consumption, resulting in a higher utilization rate for the new energy integration.
