Analysis of Multiple Lightning Rods Combined Protection Range for Highway Toll Station

As a kind of air-termination system, the lightning protection range of lightning rod needs to be calculated by rolling ball method. Based on the actual expansion project of a highway toll station, the combined protection range of multiple lightning rods before and after the expansion is calculated and analyzed by using the rolling ball method in this paper. The deficiencies of the lightning rods arrangement plan before the expansion are pointed out, and the reasonable arrangement of the lightning rods after the expansion is carried out.
