Welcome to the 7th IEEE International Conference on Data Science and Systems (DSS 2021) planned to be held in Haikou, December 20-22, 2021. Given the COVID-19 pandemic and associated travel restrictions, as the safety of people is of the highest priority, the conference will be held hybridly on December 20-22, 2021.
