The impact of risk awareness on risk propagation in electric power supply chain networks

In recent years, the structure of the supply chain network has become increasingly complex, the issue of supply chain risk propagation has become increasingly important with the easier realization of information exchange and business goals. For enterprises, the widespread spread of risks can cause huge economic losses and even spread the entire supply chain. For supply chain risks, avoidance and conversion is an effective method to reduce the negative impact of the supply chain. Under the influence of risk awareness, we focuses on the development of avoidance and conversion strategies to minimize the impact of risk in this paper. Base on SIR model, we have established a risk propagation model based on early Risk awareness and model the avoidance conversion problem as the optimal control problem. Through the analysis of simulation and algorithms, we obtain the optimal resource allocation scheme, which further verifies that the analysis is reasonable in this paper.
