Multibody Dynamic Characteristics of Non-lightweight Parallel Spring-Tension Rope System of Electric Nail Shooter

In the design stage of the nail shooting device, it is important to understand the response of its key components during the nail shooting process. Multibody dynamics analysis can provide valuable information about these components at different moments of nail shooting. The non-lightweight parallel spring-tension rope system of electric nail shooters includes two non-lightweight springs, one tension rope, one striker, a set of screw nuts, two movable rings, and four rollers, which are connected by tension rope. This study analyzes the multibody dynamics characteristics of the system, establishes the kinematics and dynamics model of the system, derives the dynamic theory equation of the system, and clarifies the main factors that affect the energy of the nail. Aiming for a multibody dynamics study, a model in MSC ADAMS was built taking into account the dynamic interactions of the different components. Define parameter quantification, such as the mass and characteristic curves of springs and strikers, to support problem definition and describe the overall behavior of the system. According to the research results, the kinetic energy of the electric nailing device can be adjusted to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the electric nailing power system.
