Charge induction dust concentration detection technology based on active charging

The electrostatic charge induction dust concentration detection method is widely used in typical production dust detection, but the electrostatic quantity of dust particles itself is easily affected by environmental parameters, and the signal pickup is difficult, resulting in relatively large errors in dust concentration detection. In order to further reduce the relative error of dust concentration detection, this paper actively charges the dust particles at the front end of the charge induction to make them charged as much as possible. The dust detection signal signal-to-noise ratio of dust under different charging voltages is studied to find the active charging voltage value that can meet the signal-to-noise ratio detection requirements and will not cause breakdown; The required lower limit of detection of different types of dust. In the same environment, the adjustable dust concentration detection system is used to carry out a comparative test of the dust concentration detection test of active charging and non-main charging, comparative experiments show that the relative error of the active charge induction method for detecting dust concentration is ≤14.2%, which is 4.4% smaller than the error of the electrostatic charge induction method.
