The purpose of this article is to analyze the task of integrating management systems based on computer information technology. Based on the research project of M company's computer information management system integration, the risk factors in the project implementation process were carefully evaluated and analyzed. Based on the theory of project risk management, combined with project risk characteristics and characteristics and key points, the Borda classification method and risk table method are used for quantitative risk analysis. The results show that among the seven risk factors, the required risk factors receive the most attention It is the risk factor that changes the scope of the project, and it is also the most difficult risk factor to solve in project risk management.
