Crisis Communications in Education: Classification of Potential Crises

The article deals with one of the least studied spheres of social activity in terms of anti-crisis communications - education. The aim of the study is to form a classification of crises based on crisis events taking place in the field of education over the past five years and reflected in the digital information environment. On the basis of the conducted information audit and the collected empirical material in the digital space, informational occasions are given, which have become classifying signs of each potential crisis. For each selected type of crisis situation, possible causes and reputational / non-reputational risks, target groups of the public are indicated. The presented classification also has a prognostic and propaedeutic character.
