Mythologization of Time in the Computer Games

The article deals with the study of the phenomenon of the mythologization of time in computer games. The authors believe that computer games can be viewed in the context of digital mythology as a worldview system of a digital society. They use socio-philosophical and communication approaches to the study of the phenomenon of myth. The mythologization of time in computer games does not occur with the help of the narrative contained in them, but is determined by the technological conditions of the game. The reproduction of the myth in the digital mythology of computer games arises as a result of the interaction of users with technical means that make it possible to perceive different modes of time and temporal processes that differ in the real and virtual worlds.
