Digital Information Openness of Public Authorities in Russia and Belarus

The article provides an overview and analysis of how the implementation of the principles of e-Government is observed during the dialogue between the authorities and the population on the example of the activities of the governments and regional executive authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Considerable attention is paid to the model of active involvement of citizens through the so-called state platforms. The role of the Telegram messenger in the creation of a fundamentally new model of communication between representatives of state bodies and society is shown.
