Safety condition investigation for a reusable aerospace system at the stage of carrier rocket movement in the cargo compartment

The directions of development of reusable systems of carrying payloads to the Earth orbit and changes of the weight range of the payload have been analyzed. The possibility of using the An-70 military transport aircraft as the first stage of a reusable aerospace system has been studied. It has been concluded that the transport capabilities of the aircraft allow its use for this purpose; however, there are a number of factors that require additional investigation. First of all, there are investigated ways to reduce the weight of the system “carrier rocket-transport launch platform,” and it is proposed to consider options for maneuvers in the vertical plane. It is established that further improvement of the parachute system is not a priority and will not give significant improvements in the stability characteristics of the aircraft. It is proposed to load the “carrier rocket-transport launch platform” systems in the cargo compartment in a nose backward position. The expression of the maximum angle of rotation of the system “carrier rocket-transport launch platform” relative to the floor of the cargo compartment is obtained. Areas of further research are outlined.
