Research on Bidding Evaluation of Engineering Projects Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Project bidding plays an important role in the process of project implementation. The bid evaluation method used in the bidding stage directly determines the project construction party, so as to determine whether the project can be implemented smoothly. Therefore, the bid evaluation method in the project bidding stage is of great significance. However, the traditional bid evaluation methods have shortcomings, especially cannot accurately deal with the fuzzy indicators in project bid evaluation and the fuzzy judgment of the judges. This paper intends to adopt the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the process of bid evaluation. Based on the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation index system, through the indexation of the fuzzy concept and the calculation of the fuzzy judgment of the index by using the fuzzy model, the accuracy and scientificity of the bid evaluation results are improved.
