Application of Supply Chain Collaboration in Tea Enterprises under Big Data Environment

Nowadays, more and more attention has been paid to agriculture. Due to the long link from production to sales of tea, the business environment of tea enterprises is becoming more and more complex and changeable. The existing supply chain resources and simple business processes of tea enterprises cannot adapt to the new business environment. In order to deal with the complexity and instability of this business environment, the intelligence of its business and the coordination of its services have become an important issue It is an important and priority development link for tea enterprises to seek and establish competitive advantages. Therefore, this paper first expounds the importance of supply chain collaboration in tea enterprises and the current policy form, and then discusses the supply chain collaboration architecture, technology and application of tea enterprises in the big data environment.
