Deep Learning based Modeling and Control of Tiny Object on a Chladni Plate by Acoustic Vibration

Moving ting objects by acoustic vibration shows huge potential in precision medicine, chemical engineering and non-contacting precision control in the industrial. In this paper, we build a system for controlling the movement of tiny objects by acoustic vibration, and explored a novel modeling method based on Faster R-CNN. With the image recognition technology, the influence of the acoustic vibration can be observed clearly. Based on that, the simulation of moving the tiny objects is carried out. Then, by analyzing the simulation results, the feasibility and validity of the proposed method show huge improvement.
