Study on insulation property of bushing in Dry air

The SF6 gas which widely used as insulation media due to its excellent insulation property, is being reduced application and also replaced by non-greenhouse gas ever since it has been designated as a greenhouse gas. For that reason, Dry air is being applied as an alternative gas to SF6 gas. Thus, in this study, through simulation and test, the application reference for the main bushing used for dry-air insulated high voltage switchgear has studied.
