Multi-criteria selection of industrial robots: modelling users' preferences in combined AHP-Entropy-TOPSIS

In this paper we explore the application of a hybrid approach for selecting industrial robots including the subjective Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the objective entropy approach. The comparative analysis of the traditional entropy method and the hybrid method based on an existing representative dataset reveals new possibilities to model the user's preference and to improve the quality of the decision process.
