Study of the Technological Parameters Influence of the Thin Films Formation of the Crystal Structure Perovskite Mapbbb3 on Optical Properties

Alternatives to silicon solar cells are currently being sought. Perovskite crystal structure solar cells are one such alternative. In this paper, an experimental study of the effect of the technological parameters of the formation of the perovskite MAPbBr3 (MA = CH3NH3) crystal structure film on its optical properties is carried out. For each set of technological parameters, absorption and photoluminescence spectra were obtained, and the uniformity of the films was determined. The study showed that the optimal technological parameters for the films formation of the crystal structure of perovskite MAPbBr3 are 6000 rpm and the volume of the precursor solution is 150 µl.
