Development of an Automated Monitoring System for Transport Infrastructure Objects

The article discusses the issues of ensuring the reliability and safe operation of complex transport infrastructure facilities based on the use of an electronic monitoring system. An example of a bridge crossing is used. Analysis of the main indicators of reliability and the principles of forming a map of the location of monitoring sensors is carried out. A system for remote collection of data on measurements of the stress-strain state at critical points of structures in real-time with subsequent automated processing in the information control center was designed. Methods for processing monitoring data and criteria for evaluating characteristics were developed, which make it possible to identify hazardous and pre-emergency states of a structure for making decisions on planning the repair and maintenance of a transport facility. Recommendations for the creation of automated monitoring systems for transport infrastructure objects are proposed, which make it possible to ensure their constructive reliability and safety during operation.
