Research on Automatic Calibration Algorithm for Cylindrical Conformal Phased Array Antenna

Aiming at the problems of low gain, high sidelobe and beam orientation offset caused by channel error, an automatic calibration algorithm for cylindrical conformal phased array antenna is designed. Different from the traditional algorithm, this algorithm is divided into receiving calibration and transmitting calibration. It can calibrate the Intermediate Frequency (IF) channel and Radio Frequency (RF) channel of the antenna system at the same time, and avoid the error caused by the step calibration. The calibration coefficient can be obtained from the average value of several sampling points, while keeping the consistency of amplitude and phase.
