Calibration of Ray Tracing Model Based on Feedback Step Method in Indoor Environment

Ray tracing model as a deterministic model in the prediction of radio waves propagation has the advantages of fast operation and accurate prediction. However, its accuracy depends on the preset electric parameters, especially for complex indoor environment, the relative dielectric constant and conductivity of the wall is particularly important to the model. Therefore, an electric parameter optimum algorithm is needed to use for model calibration. In this paper, an indoor scene of an apartment is taken as an example. Based on the measured power value, a feedback step search method is used to correct the electrical parameters of wall material, so that the corrected model can predict the power of this particular scene more accurately.
