A Simplified Method for Ablative Plasma Effect on Antenna

The method of reducing ablative plasma to dusty plasma is detailed. The results are shown in the form of antenna patterns, which show that increase in radius and density and decrease in charging frequency would intensify the attenuation of electromagnetic field. The electric field intensity was obtained through ray-tracing method with ray-based coordinate system to simplify the calculation, which is carried out under different radius, densities and charging frequencies of dust grains. The above parameters are used to acquire attenuation coefficient for further counting of electromagnetic field intensity propagating through dusty plasma. To investigate the effect of different input frequency, X-band and C-band are tested under conditions of RAM C-II and RAM C-III.
