Over 100 mW Uncooled Operation of SOA-integrated $1.3-\mu\mathrm{m}$ Highly Reliable CW-DFB Laser

We demonstrate the first SOA-integrated CW-DFB laser at
$1.3\ \mu \mathrm{m}$
with kink-free and stable single-mode operation over 100 mW at up to 80 °C. We also achieved reliable operation over 700 hours at 80 °C.
