Study on the Discoloration Mechanism of Cavity Type Microfluidic Camouflage Film

In this work, we propose a cavity type microfluidic camouflage discoloration film, which changes the pressure in the liquid cavity by controlling the contraction of the gas cavity, so that the colored liquid enters and exits the liquid cavity and camouflages the surface of the object. This manuscript describes microfluidic camouflage film that can change the color, contrast, pattern of object surface for camouflage and display. The discoloration principle and manufacturing process of the film are described. Using ANSYS Workbench, the fluid-structure interaction simulation and analysis of the film was carried out to study the discoloration mechanism of the film. The results show that the design of the cavity-type microfluidic camouflage film is reasonable and the flow characteristics of the film are good.
