The main purpose of this article is to study the theoretical aspects of creating artificial intelligence systems in transport. The topic of this article is of high relevance in the framework of today's intensively developing technologies. These systems are widely used in almost all areas of modern life. This paper touches upon aspects of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in relation to vehicles. Studying the issue of creating artificial intelligence systems in transport. As a result of the work, such issues were considered as: the relevance of the digitalization of the transport industry; advantages of introducing information systems and technologies in transport; aspects of creating AI systems and their application in transport; advantages and key factors for integrating artificial intelligence into the transport industry. The materials of the work are based on theoretical and empirical research methods. In order to obtain the most detailed and up-to-date information, scientific materials of domestic and foreign authorship are used.
