Construction of a Multi-Dimensional Fusion Analysis Platform for Process Optimization Approaches

The article briefly introduces the current situation of the Japanese teacher on-the-job training system, analyzes its main characteristics, and provides a reference for improving the on-the-job training of teachers in our country. QFD is used to analyze the needs of stakeholders and system elements, define the problems to be solved and their weights, define the problems into two types according to the characteristics of the training problems, and conceive and design concepts through TRIZ. On this basis, the design concept was completed based on the emotional hierarchy theory, and the design of a multi-dimensional integrated analysis platform was realized. In the test and evaluation stage, users are tested by determining the training attribute evaluation standards and methods, and user feedback information is obtained to evaluate the feasibility of the training system.
