The Developmental Analysis of Creative Talents in Shenzhen’s Film Production Industry Based on the “3T” Model

The cultural and creative industries in Shenzhen have made significant progress in the past decade. While the film production industry, as a leading role in the cultural and creative industries, is just unfolding. How to build a team of creative talents in Shenzhen’s film production industry is a noteworthy issue. This paper adopts the 3T model proposed by Florida, which has a profound impact on the creative economy, and deploys the quantitative method to examine reasonable strategies for talent development according to the correlation between the research object and the three different elements of the "3T" model (Talent, Technology, and Tolerance).
