Research on the physical and mental health of flight attendants in the post-epidemic period in the information background

Nowadays, people have entered the post-epidemic period, and the epidemic prevention situation has improved, but the sequelae caused by the epidemic still exist, especially the physical and mental health of some special professions deserves attention under the impact of the epidemic.Therefore, this paper using Excell2016 software and spss16.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis, highlighted after outbreak attendant physical and mental health status, generally from inner mood, work behavior, burnout three aspects to discuss, finally concluded after outbreak effective countermeasures to promote physical and mental health: namely to strengthen flight attendant psychological counseling, take flexible scheduling policy, organize the corresponding vocational training, rich flight attendants spare time life.
