Dynamic evaluation of higher education system based on TOPSIS model

Firstly, the entropy weight method and TOPSIS model are applied to evaluate higher education system longitudinally. Secondly, considering the defective nature of the evaluation system of a single country, the evaluation system is optimized by adding the time weight factor to obtain the horizontal evaluation of multiple countries. Finally, Norway is selected as the research object of this paper, and the specific improvement plan is proposed and tested for its validity by analyzing the current situation in Norway. The results show that the improved system score is significantly better than the current system.
