Informationized classroom risk analysis and coping strategies

Project risk management plays an important role in the whole project life cycle and has a key influence on the final success of the project. According to the risk analysis theory of project management, this paper analyzes a series of Informationized classroom pilot project and makes corresponding measures. This paper mainly includes five parts: project establishment background, risk identification, risk quantification, risk countermeasures, monitoring and summary. The risk analysis of the Informationized classroom project can be used as a reference to promote and apply the risk analysis method studied to other projects.
