Teaching Quality Evaluation of Higher Vocational Basic English Based on Perception Model

With the further development of globalization, China’s opening up to the outside world is further expanded and relevant foreign exchanges are further deepened. During this process, more and more vocational work needs or involves foreign exchanges. As vocational school students of the new era, they are in urgent need to have the ability, however this is still the weakest link in English teaching in higher vocational colleges. This paper mainly constructs the influencing factors model of student satisfaction, and puts forward the corresponding model hypothesis. This study designed the "student satisfaction scale" and "the influencing factors scale of student satisfaction", and tested the reliability and validity of the initial scale. The results showed that the reliability and validity of the initial questionnaire were ideal, but there were a few items with unsatisfactory reliability and validity. The research deleted the items, and finally formed a more ideal scale of reliability and validity. The purpose of this paper is to improve the theoretical system of English grading teaching in higher vocational colleges, promote the reform of English grading teaching in colleges, formulate the teaching objectives and syllabus of English education suitable for their own vocational characteristics, design the suitable teaching contents, and explore a new compound teaching mode of "grading + module" in Higher Vocational English.
