Design and Implementation of An Experimental Platform for Online Monitoring of Mine Water Based on The Internet of Things

Based on the water quality changes in the mine water treatment process and the water quality requirements of the water points in mine production, a comprehensive utilization pathway for mine water was added and a water balance was constructed. In order to realize the above comprehensive utilization pathway for water supply, the IoT framework to meet mine water treatment was analyzed, and an online monitoring system for mine water was studied and designed. The system simulates the surface-underground mine water efficient utilization water treatment process, and was able to realize online monitoring of water quality and quantity information, and realize mine water scheduling through wireless control of multiple pumps. Experimental test results show that the system was able to quickly and centrally monitor various types of information at the water supply and water consumption points throughout the water treatment process and can simulate actual production for wireless scheduling. The results of this study can provide experimental and validation tools for the study of strategies for the efficient use of mine water.
