The design of fault diagnosis system of equipment operating status based on ITD and LCD

The paper shows that it design a fault diagnosis system which is based on VB.NET development environment, and the system is use for the large rotating machinery equipment. The system includes an adaptive time-frequency analysis method. For the method, an improved algorithm combining ITD, LCD and Hilbert envelope spectrum is proposed and introduced into the system. It's of great significance for extracting the fault characteristic frequency of complex non-stationary signals in the industrial field. In addition, the system can build the relationship with simulation analysis of MATLAB to verify the accuracy and reliability of algorithm. The application of this method to the simulated signal and field engineering signals. The research results show that the system can be used to identify rolling bearing faults, realize equipment fault detection, determine fault types, and ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment.
