Research on intelligent inspection technology based on active collaboration of intelligent sensors

The shortcomings of the traditional substation manual inspection mode have also gradually become prominent. The manual inspection mode of substations with shortcomings such as high labor intensity, low inspection efficiency, high labor costs, easy to be affected by the technical background and experience of inspectors, high safety risks (especially in the case of poor climatic conditions), and some abnormal conditions are not easy to find (such as poor contact and overheating and other phenomena) can no longer meet the development requirements of modern power systems. On the other hand, although most of high voltage substations in China have already configured various of equipment status detection systems, currently each system mainly adopts independent running mode and the coverage is limited. Therefore, the research of new-type intelligent sensor used to monitor equipment in substation and make up the insufficient scope of substation patrol robot is necessary, and it is an effective way to solve the problems by integrating the substation inspection robot, the existing substation state detection system and the new intelligent sensor. Furthermore, a substation robot intelligent inspection system is proposed in the end.
