Analysis on ‘One-Error’ Based Multiple Resettlement in a LSE of Specified Power Market

With the deepening of China's electricity market reform, the scale of electricity trading has been gradually expanded. Different provinces have different energy distribution. The power market based on local characteristics and combined with the administrative rules of the region to develop the trading rules of the province, and based on the provincial and regional formation of a number of power market. It can be found that the trading rules of most provinces are more or less the same, but some provinces still have some special trading rules, and these trading rules will bring special phenomena accordingly. For example, one of the phenomena is that the meter reading error of a customer's electricity consumption in the same electricity sales company will not only affect its own fee settlement, but also affect the fee settlement of other customers under the jurisdiction of the electricity sales company. This paper constructs a model of the impact of meter reading deviations among customers based on the local electricity market trading rules, and conduct a sensitivity analysis of the impact of meter reading errors of a single customer in a electricity sales company on other customers, in order to support the power sales company in judging the impact of meter reading deviation transmission problems.
