Optimal Siting and Sizing of Single-Phase Photovoltaic in Low-Voltage Distribution System for Loss Reduction

The rapid development of distributed photovoltaic brings clean, efficient and economical power supply for rural and urban areas. However, the disordered access of a large number of single-phase photovoltaic leads to the three-phase imbalance problem of low-voltage distribution system which results in massive network loss. Taking this kind of area as the research object, the quantitative method of three-phase unbalanced additional loss is used to minimize the network loss and reduce the three-phase imbalance degree in the low-voltage distribution system. The single-phase photovoltaic location and capacity optimization strategy is studied and the multi-objective nonlinear optimization problem is constructed. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed three-phase unbalanced loss calculation method and single-phase photovoltaic access optimization configuration method are verified by simulation analysis of an example.
