Evaluation of Generation Planning Based on Super-efficiency CCR Model

There are often multiple generation development options for a particular region in the generation planning stage. It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of multiple indexes of power planning options. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) method can evaluate the effectiveness of generation schemes containing multiple indicators. However, the method is susceptible to the accuracy of the raw data, and outliers may significantly impact the evaluation results. This paper uses temporal production simulation to solve the index of the generation planning scheme as the original data required by the DEA model and put forward the evaluation method of the generation planning scheme based on the super-efficiency CCR model. The effectiveness and practicality of the method are verified by taking the generation planning scheme of a provincial power grid in 2025 as an example.
