On Calculation and Promotion Strategy of Distributed PV Hosting Capacity Based Dual Constraints Stochastic Simulation

In recent years, the country has begun to vigorously support the development of new energy. Distributed photovoltaics, as a new energy that can be established in large numbers on the distribution network and user side, have received widespread attention and support. Power reverse and voltage over-limit issues will be generated by building a large number of distributed photovoltaics. This article uses traditional Monte Carlo simulation and double-constrained Monte Carlo simulation with additional line capacity constraints to evaluate the photovoltaic capacity. Use the active management measures of the distribution network to improve the photovoltaic capacity. The active management measures adopt four methods: dynamic reconfiguration, on-load tap changer, SVC and inverter power factor adjustment, and carry out the dynamic reconfiguration of the network and the impact of the transformer tap Detailed analysis. The article carries on the simulation analysis through the IEEE 33 nodes system, and the result proves the effectiveness of the method.
