Multi-region Power Flow Stability Control Model Considering New Energy Active Power Uncertainty

With the large-scale integration of new energy into the grid and the increasing proportion of power supply, the interconnected grid framework can promote the complementation and absorption of new energy sources on a larger scale. However, the uncertainty of new energy output is for grid power balance or regional discontinuity. Power regulation brings tremendous pressure. In this paper, a stable control model of the external characteristics of the tidal current in a single sub-area in a multi-area is established in this paper, and a stable control target among multiple areas is obtained, and a robust problem is finally formed. Then, a coordinated evolutionary algorithm based on relaxation method is introduced to solve robust optimization to reduce the impact of new energy output fluctuations. The proposed coordinated evolutionary algorithm has strong adaptability to general robust problems, even if the sub-problems are nonlinear problems. The analysis of an example based on IEEE14 shows that the proposed co-evolutionary algorithm has a better solution efficiency when dealing with optimization problems whose sub-problems are linear.
