Optimization Simulation of Hybrid Assembly Line Production Scheduling in Garment Enterprises

Aiming at the problem that the production order scheduling of garment enterprises is based on manual experience, Plant Simulation software is used to model the mixed production line of the enterprise, and genetic algorithm combined with the scheduling rule of the shortest operation time is adopted to achieve the optimal sequencing with the goal of minimizing the completion time. The experimental results show that: The production time of the optimized order is reduced compared with that of the not optimized order. This method is simple and feasible, and provides a method for the order scheduling of garment production enterprises, and has certain application value for improving the production efficiency of enterprises.
