Research on TPS Code Automatic Generation Technology of Signal-oriented ATS

ATS accompanies the entire life cycle of electronic equipment. Depending on the function of the electronic equipment, the test system also has a variety of types, and most of them are dedicated systems, which have poor versatility and large limitations. In order to solve the problem of ATS versatility, the new generation of test systems adopts a signal-oriented research method, but this method requires standardized description of signals and requirements, and this description document cannot be directly compiled and run in the test environment. Therefore, this paper aims at this problem, research and design the TPS code automatic generation module in ATS based on the principles of generalization, standardization and componentization, and realize the automatic conversion of test description documents to test programs, so as to further complete the test tasks through the test programs. Finally, simulation verification proves the effectiveness of the design method and meets the requirements of ATS generalization.
