Development of a program for creation of the fuel and energy balance of the city

The purpose of this work is to develop software for creation of a fuel and energy balances (FEB) of cities in a graphical representation convenient for analysis with the possibility of optimizing various sectors of fuel and energy resources (FER) consumption through the use of various energy-saving technologies. Creation of FEB of cities and regions is a primary task for strategic planning of the development of the fuel and energy complex. The paper presents the results of the creation the mathematical model and optimization of FEB on the example of Moscow using the developed software. The main directions of energy efficiency improvement based on the results obtained are highlighted.
