Structural model of power section of three-phase active rectifier

This paper considers a dynamic structural model of the power section of a three-phase active rectifier. To implement it, a generalized mathematical description of electromagnetic processes in the power section was used with different combinations of on-state power switches. The possibility of constructing a structural dynamic model of the power section of the converter using standard dynamic elements implemented on the basis of operational amplifiers is shown. With the use of computer modeling, the correctness of the decisions made is justified. The proposed model can be used at the stage of hardware- software debugging of the systems of the class under consideration with subsequent exclusion of tests on real-life power circuits and hence avoiding expensive power transistors failure.
