Design of Automatic Intelligent Robot for Hanging Ground Wire in Maintenance Work

In this research, a set of grounding wire robot simulation system is designed, and a 4-degree-of-freedom 3D model and a DH coordinate system kinematics model are established for the most critical part of the robot, the manipulator arm. For the sake of verify the performance of the simulated robot, a simulation experiment is carried out on the robot. The results showed that the first moving joint and the second moving joint of the manipulator have a certain coupling effect, which can be further optimized, and the four moving joints work well as a whole.
