Adaptive Fan-coil Outlet Wind Temperature Control with Correction Module of Thermistor for the ASHPAC System

In this paper, we investigate the problem of improving the performance of the fan-coil control system in Air source heat pump air-conditioning (ASHPAC) system. Firstly, we introduce a correction module in ASHPAC system to compensate the first-order damp elements in the temperature sensor to capture the temperature in real-time. Then, an adaptive controller is developed for the outlet temperature control of the fan-coil, where the projection adaptation is included for enhancement of the control performance during variation of working conditions. The stability of the studied fan-coil control is guaranteed by rigorous Lyapunov proof. Finally, numerical analysis has been conducted to validate the proposed control scheme.
