Design of Electromagnetic Emission Experiment Teaching System based on Ultrasonic Positioning

A small electromagnetic emission experimental teaching system based on STM32F103 microcontroller and ultrasonic sensor is designed. Through electromagnetic launch theory analysis, the structure including the two - dimensional steering gear head and electromagnetic coil gun is designed. Ultrasonic wave is used for horizontal tracking and distance measurement of the target. Optimal launching angle is automatically calculated by STM32. After adjusting the firing angle of the gun barrel, the relay is turned on to discharge, and the projectile hits the target center. At the same time, the measured distance, charging voltage and emission angle is displayed on the TFT screen. The test results show that electromagnetic launch system can quickly complete the target search and location, and can reach preferable precision. The system has advantages in low cost, moderate difficulty and stable performance, and has potential value of experimental teaching and practical application.
