Design and Development of STM32-based Intelligent Material Workbench

At present, the development orientation of the workbench has been directed towards intelligent progress. Nevertheless, it is not well developed in terms of integrating the two parts in industry and laboratory, which is very inconvenient. The baffle part remains unautomated and requires manual flipping, being inefficient. In this paper, through an in-depth study of the working principle of the material workbench, the STM32 microcontroller control function is analyzed and utilized to realize the precise identification and opening of the material box, designing a hardware structure that can achieve its function. In this system, the STM32 controller is adopted to realize automatic control of the workbench system, which controls various parts of the system by connecting the STM32 controller on the computer terminal. The electronic tag information corresponding to the material box is inputted at the computer terminal, which activates the Hip module and takes out the material to achieve highly efficient operation.
