Development and application of automatic tapping control system for converter

automatic tapping control system is a complex heterogeneous system with multiple physical fields and strong coupling, and its reliability is largely dependant on the control accuracy and stability of each single equipment in the operation process. Firstly, this paper introduces the component of automatic tapping control system for converter, the working principle of safety control system and the control mechanism of multiple single equipment linkage. Secondly, based on the mechanical transmission and the working principle of tapping system, this paper adapts the linear regression algorithm to establish the mathematical model of converter, ladle and alloy chute for the production data. Finally, the reliability and stability of the technology is verified through the results of the field test.
