Research on Prediction Method of Rolling Force for High Strength Steel in Tandem Cold Rolling Mill

In the general tandem cold rolling process, the deviation of rolling force calculation is quite common. Particularly, when rolling the high strength steel, the rolling force deviation problem would be severe. This paper takes the rolling force calculation model of a CVC rolling mill as the research object, and the main content is to improve the calculation accuracy of actual rolling force. The accuracy of rolling force calculation is improved by combining the neural network model which driven by industrial big data, with the traditional calculation model of rolling force.
