GSA test analysis and optimization strategy for shifting quality of automobile transmission

The rapid development of social economy leads to the improvement of people's quality of life, and the development of transportation network and industrial technology promotes the rapid growth of the domestic automobile industry. Users are no longer limited to considering vehicle power, driving safety and fuel economy when buying cars, but also pay more attention to driving maneuverability and shift comfort. At present, the domestic is not comprehensive to shift characteristics test evaluation development, subjective evaluation method cannot determine the specific factors affecting shift quality, and greatly influenced by artificial factors, there is also a lack of objective test and analysis, so the lack of perfect vehicle shift control system optimization method, this paper tries to select from two aspects of static and dynamic evaluation index, evaluation system to build transmission shift test, Combined with the test data, the specific factors are analyzed. The transmission is optimized by adding the Schäffler positioning mechanism with the sector block, adding the linear bearing at both ends of the fork shaft, adding the counterweight block of the shift arm, and changing the round hole of the synchronizer jaw hole into a square hole. These systematically improve and enhance the transmission's shift smooth. After optimization and improvement, we evaluate and analyze the method again, and verify the feasibility of the method with the experimental data.
