Design and Implementation of BCM-Oriented Automatic Test System

Body control module (BCM) is one of the important control units in automobile electronic control module. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of BCM, so as to ensure the overall quality and function of automobiles. Aiming at the low efficiency and poor compatibility of BCM testing, the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test system is built based on National Instruments (NI) platform, and the experimental management interface is built by Verist and software. It is convenient to calibrate and observe the test signal. At the same time, based on functional test cases, test sequences are built by using TestStand software, and automatic testing is realized on the premise of meeting test specifications and requirements. The actual test results show that: the test system can accurately and reliably complete the BCM test task, and significantly improves the test efficiency and test coverage of the BCM.
